RARE COLLECTORS MACHINE - SUPER LOW 2319 MILES

Here we have for sale an increasingly rare example of the Ducati 748 SPS. As the third example in the 748 range the SPS was produced between 1998 and 1999 and are becoming harder to find, especially in such beautiful condition. 

This model was created as a homologation special for World Supersport and is undoubtedly the best and most exciting motorcycle in the 748 range. 

The motor has higher and longer lift cams, very slightly more compression, and Ohlins rear suspension. A gorgeous aluminium rear sub frame, carbon exhaust system and single seat also add to the stunning aesthetic of this iconic motorcycle. 

Our UK example was the Moto Cinelli Press bike for 1998 was registered in November 1997 and has had just 1 previous owner from new. Having covered just 2319 miles from new it’s in beautiful condition and comes complete with the original owner’s manual, world dealer guide and two keys. 

Our understanding is after the bike was a Press Demonstrator for 1998, Moto Cinelli enhanced the bike with loads of carbon as a show bike prior to selling to the only owner in November 1999 where he only used it a couple of times before being parked up in storage for the last 20 years. This bike has never had an MOT and only one service conducted by Moto Cinelli at 498 miles, so this is a very rare find and ideal for the true collector or enthusiast.
